Refund policy

Every product in this shop is an instant digital download. Because the files are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all sales are final and I do not offer refunds or exchanges.

That said, if something is wrong, I want to fix it.

If your file will not download. Check the confirmation page you landed on after checkout, and the email sent to the address you used at checkout, including your spam folder. If the link still is not working, email me at reneemachat@gmail.com with your order number and I will send your files directly.

If your file is damaged or will not open. Email me and I will send a replacement. Spreadsheets need Microsoft Excel, or a free Google account for Google Sheets. Every product includes a How-to-Access guide explaining both.

If you bought the wrong product. Get in touch before you download anything. If the files have not been accessed, I will do my best to sort it out.

Questions before you buy. Please ask. I would much rather answer a question first than have you buy something that is not right for you. Email reneemachat@gmail.com.

This policy does not affect any statutory rights you have under the consumer law that applies where you live.
