Bachelorette Trip Planner App

BACHELORETTE TRIP PLANNER: ONE LINK FOR THE WHOLE BRIDE TRIBE

Plan the bach without the 200-text group chat. You build the itinerary, track who paid for what and keep everyone's to-dos in one place. The crew opens one link on their phones to see the plan, vote on ideas, add what they paid and claim what they're bringing. The bride's share is split for you automatically.

Perfect for maids of honor, bridesmaids and anyone planning a bachelorette weekend, from Nashville and Scottsdale to a lake house or a beach trip.

✨ HOW IT WORKS
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

1. Make your copy of the app in Google Sheets and create your trip (about 10 minutes, with a step-by-step guide)
2. Add your crew, mark the bride and build the itinerary
3. Paste the crew link in the group chat. The crew doesn't need a Google account or an app
4. Everyone follows along, votes, adds costs and claims packing items

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
✨ DAY-BY-DAY ITINERARY
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

● A theme and dress code for each day (Disco Cowgirl, Pink & Pearls, All White…)
● Times, places with map links, costs and confirmation numbers
● Who's going to each plan
● Theme outfits: everyone fills in what they're wearing
● Print a clean itinerary anytime

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
✨ COST SPLIT & SETTLE-UP
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

● The bride doesn't pay: her share is split among everyone else automatically
● Add what each person paid and who it's split between
● Settle up with the fewest payments ("Jess pays Maya $248")
● Mark payments paid, or the crew taps "I paid this"
● Budget for each person: planned costs, spent so far and what's left

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
✨ THE CREW LINK
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

● Countdown, itinerary, themes and dress codes
● Vote on ideas and suggest new ones
● Add what they paid and see who owes who
● Claim group items and party supplies with "I'll bring it"
● Their own packing list with starter templates
● Check off the to-dos you assign to them

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
✨ SURPRISE MODE
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

● Mark a plan or to-do as a surprise for the bride
● The bride won't see surprises or the party supplies list on the crew link
● Everyone else sees everything

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
✨ ORGANIZER TOOLS
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

● The bride's must-dos checklist
● Ideas and votes, then add the winners to the itinerary in one tap
● Packing: who's bringing what, party supplies (sash, veil, favors, decor) and personal lists
● To-dos and bookings with due dates and confirmation numbers
● Roles (maid of honor, planner, DD…) and room assignments
● Copy the invite, itinerary, settle-up and packing list for the group chat
● Plan more than one trip, download a backup and write tidy tabs into your Google Sheet
