🥂 HOW IT WORKS
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

1. Open your How to Access PDF and click the link to make your own copy (free Google account needed)
2. In your copy, click the 🥂 Wedding Drink Calculator menu, then Open my calculator
3. Give permission once. Google shows a "Google hasn't verified this app" screen for every personal script like this one. Click Advanced, then Go to Wedding Drink Calculator, then Allow. Your setup guide shows every step
4. Type your guests, hours and bar style, then make your private app link (about 2 minutes) to add it to your phone's home screen
5. Open the bar sign link, click Use template, and make it yours

Setup takes about 10 minutes and is done on a computer. After that, use it anywhere.

• Requires a free Google account and an internet connection. The bar signs need a free Canva account
• Made for Google Sheets. It does not work in Excel, Numbers, GoodNotes or Notion
• Amounts are estimates based on common rules of thumb (about one drink per guest per hour, 5 glasses per bottle of wine, 6 toast pours per bottle of champagne). Every crowd is different, so check with your venue and store
• Many stores accept returns of unopened bottles. Ask before you buy
• Please drink responsibly and follow your local laws and your venue's rules
• Names, drinks, prices and amounts in the photos are examples
• Colors may look slightly different on different screens and when printed
• Digital product only. No physical item will be shipped
